Hotel Manager (Indian preferred)


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Train and manage staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Monitor guest feedback and respond to any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain the hotel's budget and financial records
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Develop relationships with local businesses to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided
