Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of service
- Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability
- Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase bookings and revenue
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by enforcing safety protocols
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely manner, with a focus on finding satisfactory solutions
- Collaborate with other managers to set goals and objectives for the hotel and work together to achieve them

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a similar field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of successful financial management in previous roles
- Knowledge of local culture, customs, laws, and regulations is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This position may require working long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be willing to live on-site or within close proximity to the hotel. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary package of $1300 per month for this position. Benefits such as healthcare coverage may be included depending on experience.
