Office Assistant


Our company in Al-Khor is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and have previous experience working in an office setting. This is an urgent position that offers a salary of 1000$ per month with visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Previous experience working in an office environment preferred but not required
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
