Cashier - Ar-Ruwais, Egypt


As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling transactions and providing excellent customer service in our retail store located in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. Your main duties will include processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling returns or exchanges. You will also be expected to greet customers with a friendly attitude and answer any questions they may have about our products or services.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent math skills and attention to detail. Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required. As this position involves handling money, honesty and integrity are essential qualities we look for in our cashiers.

This position is suitable for both men and women. We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation options if needed. Our company also provides support with obtaining a work visa for non-Egyptian applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, or debit card payments
- Count money at the beginning and end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Greet customers warmly and assist with any inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
- Handle returns or exchanges according to company policy
- Keep track of inventory levels to assist with restocking

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Honest and trustworthy with handling money
