Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in the kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment effectively and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Dispose of waste and garbage properly
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills in Malayalee or Egyptian dialect preferred
- Must be able to speak English at a basic level
- Must be able to legally work in Doha without accommodation provided
