Gardening Specialist/Technician

We are hiring a skilled Gardening Specialist/Technician to join our team in Khasab. As a Gardening Specialist/Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces. You will use your knowledge and expertise to identify and address plant health issues, select appropriate plants and flowers for different environments, and create aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, mulching, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Identify and diagnose plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Recommend solutions to improve plant health and prevent future problems.
- Plan and design new garden layouts according to clients' preferences.
- Select suitable plants based on factors such as soil type, climate, sun exposure, and water availability.
- Install new plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and other garden features.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, shrubs, soil types, climate conditions.
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment.
- Ability to diagnose plant health issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Creativity in designing aesthetically pleasing gardens.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within given deadlines.
