Waiter - Full Time (Khasab, Oman)


A well-established restaurant in Khasab, Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Maintain proper table setting and cleanliness of dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Upsell menu items and promote restaurant specials
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven knowledge of food menu items and wine pairings
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Own visa or valid work permit in Oman is required

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with other benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and transportation.
