Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons to ensure timely completion of construction projects. Your primary role will be to supervise and provide guidance to the masons, ensuring that quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the team
- Ensure that work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Keep track of materials inventory and order supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Mason or in a similar role
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to ensure compliance on site
- Good communication skills in English
