Mason Supervisor


We are in search of a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Al-Kuwait. This role requires someone with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of masonry, as well as strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of our masons, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of masons on various construction projects
- Plan and schedule work assignments for the team
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on site
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain inventory of necessary materials and equipment for masonry work
- Provide guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and productivity

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason or Mason Supervisor
- Extensive knowledge of different types of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards successful project completion
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively coordinate with team members and other stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Physically fit with good stamina for working long hours in various weather conditions
- Prior experience working in Al-Kuwait is preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month
