We are hiring an experienced Welder to join our team in Nizwa. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together, following blueprints and specifications. Your main goal will be to produce high-quality welds while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and welding procedures
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings according to the job requirements
- Operate various welding tools such as gas torches, electric arc welders, and plasma cutters
- Clean and prepare surfaces prior to welding
- Join metal parts together using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Inspect welded joints for accuracy and quality
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder (at least 2 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid welding certification (AWS or similar)
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
