Welder Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Welder Supervisor to join our team in Nizwa. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. The Welder Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of welders. They will need to have extensive knowledge and experience in welding techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage and motivate their team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to a team of welders
- Monitor progress and quality of work performed by the team
- Train new welders on techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Maintain equipment and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with project managers to determine project needs and timelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or Welding Supervisor
- Extensive knowledge of welding techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

City: This position is based in Nizwa, a beautiful city located in the heart of Oman. Nizwa offers a rich culture, stunning landscapes, and plenty of outdoor activities.

Contract job: This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. However, there is potential for extension based on performance.
