Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing inventory by ensuring that the store is visually appealing and products are effectively displayed. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase new products and promotions
- Collaborate with the buying team to select products for display based on market trends and customer demand
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Train sales staff on product features, promotions, and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior in Qatar
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Must be able to obtain an own visa or have a valid work permit for Qatar

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus benefits.
