Chemical Engineer - Process Design and Development Specialist
Location: Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer with a passion for process design and development to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Process Design and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing new processes to improve efficiency and productivity in our chemical manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement in the manufacturing plant.
- Develop new processes or modify existing ones to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and safety to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
- Use mathematical modeling and simulation software to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes.
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of process data and provide reports on performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in process technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical process design and development.
- Knowledge of chemical engineering principles, techniques, and regulations.
- Experience with mathematical modeling software such as Aspen Plus or HYSIS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
This is a full-time job offering a competitive salary of 900$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
