Courier Supervisor
As a Courier Supervisor in Khasab, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery operations of our company. Your primary role will be to supervise and manage a team of couriers, ensuring that all packages are delivered on time and in good condition. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in the courier industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of couriers, including scheduling and assigning delivery routes
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of all packages
- Communicate with clients regarding any delays or issues with deliveries
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for deliveries
- Enforce safety protocols for couriers while driving or handling packages
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to deliveries

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the courier industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of packages
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred)
- Must be physically fit to handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
