Caregiver for Elderly in Nizwa



We are in need of a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide care for an elderly individual in Nizwa. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. The ideal candidate should have experience working with the elderly, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals according to specified dietary needs
- Administer medications on schedule
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Engage in conversation and companionship with the elderly individual
- Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to family members or healthcare professionals
- Accompany the individual to appointments or outings as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a caregiver for the elderly
- Valid visa and work permit in Nizwa (own visa preferred)
- Ability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Physically able to assist with mobility and lifting if necessary
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding towards the needs of the elderly

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
