Office Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, perfect for students or those looking for English-speaking jobs without accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order
- Organize and file documents, both physical and digital
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Prior experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
