Barista - Specialty Coffee Shop (Ar-Ruwais, UAE)



A specialty coffee shop in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages while providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about coffee, has strong communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to our standards
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers and taking orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment and workstations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Educate customers on our coffee offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
