Senior Accountant - Doha, Qatar


We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a background in finance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds
- Conduct regular audits to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
- Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant or related role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with financial analysis and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Note: This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian or Malayalee candidates. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
