We are hiring a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Doha. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability goals
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high level of service excellence
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, expenses, and revenue reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record in managing budgets, financial planning, and revenue management strategies
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems such as Opera or Fidelio is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required

Salary:
1600$ per month.

Location:
Doha.

This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in the hospitality industry in Africa. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
