Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)



The hotel manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations in Doha, Qatar. They will work closely with the Indian community in the city and should have a strong understanding of their culture and needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a hotel or similar establishment and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and overall profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and address any complaints or concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the Indian community in Doha to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote the hotel to potential customers.
- Participate in revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to management.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control principles.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work long hours as needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
