Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects in Salalah. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and budgeting for each project, as well as ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing a team of construction workers and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. A biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory for this position. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project details are accurately communicated
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the course of a project
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role within the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Freshers with relevant education or experience are encouraged to apply.
