Operations Manager



As an Operations Manager for our company in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business, working closely with different departments and teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and teams
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for their development
- Create and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards for the company
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing budgets
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Salary: $1700 per month
