Land Surveyor

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine precise measurements and boundaries of properties. You will also be responsible for creating maps, sketches, and reports based on survey data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Gathering data on property boundaries, topography, and elevation
- Analyzing survey data to create maps and reports
- Identifying potential obstacles or issues that may affect survey results
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to gather information and coordinate projects
- Ensuring accuracy and precision in all survey work
- Adhering to safety protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
- Proficiency with surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveys in Kuwait
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport (for non-Kuwaiti nationals)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
