Land Surveyor - Bayan, India


We are in search of an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bayan, India. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data for construction and development projects. This job is suitable for men who have experience in surveying and are looking for a part-time position with the opportunity to work with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanning
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography
- Prepare accurate drawings and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and create legal descriptions
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on the progress of surveys
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while conducting surveys
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide accurate data for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Experience working with surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanning equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for creating drawings and maps
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
