We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a passion for coffee.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling any concerns or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Coffee Specialist
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, etc.
- Proven ability to multi-task and handle cash transactions accurately
