A reputable wedding planning company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings for our clients. This includes managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and ensuring the overall success of each event.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed budgets and timelines for each event
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as venues, catering, entertainment, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all details are finalized and executed on the day of the event
- Provide creative input on themes, décor, and overall design of the wedding
- Manage guest lists and RSVPs
- Oversee all logistics on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the planning process
- Stay updated on current trends in the wedding industry to provide innovative ideas for events

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing weddings for high-end clients
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills when dealing with vendors
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique events
- Familiarity with budgeting tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation. This is a contract position but has potential for full-time employment based on performance. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have their own visa in Qatar.
