Job Title: Baker - Salalah, Oman



A reputable bakery in Salalah, Oman is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a professional bakery setting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to established recipes and production schedules
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure quality control by checking for proper texture, taste, and appearance of products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and place orders as needed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- A team player with good communication skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. The working hours will be determined based on production needs. The successful candidate must be able to work without accommodation and must hold valid work permit for Oman.
