Indian Pastry Chef in Al-Rayyan
A five-star hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef from India to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads for our restaurant and banquet events. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef in high-end hotels or restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating new dessert menu items that meet the standards of the hotel
- Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and other desserts
- Ensuring all pastries and desserts are presented in an attractive manner
- Training and supervising junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in high-end hotels or restaurants
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various pastry techniques and methods
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
