Florist

As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets for our customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create custom designs that meet their needs and budget. This role requires a creative eye, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries
- Work with clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable flower combinations
- Source and purchase flowers from suppliers while keeping within budget constraints
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
- Arrange delivery of flower orders to clients in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients
- Keep up-to-date with current floral design trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed

Salary: 1800 USD/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Kuwait (candidates from India preferred)

This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with the potential for full-time employment in the future. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who require it.
