We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components based on specifications and blueprints. You will also be required to inspect and maintain welding equipment, as well as ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience working as a Welder and possess strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and materials. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have good physical stamina and be able to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or specifications to determine appropriate welding processes
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain welding equipment and troubleshoot issues when necessary
- Follow safety protocol at all times while operating machinery
- Collaborate with other team members on projects when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience working as a Welder preferred
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
