Surveyor (Visa Sponsored Contract Position)

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, analyzing data, and creating reports for various projects. This position is a contract role with visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and construction surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and create accurate reports for project stakeholders
- Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and quality of survey results
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide necessary survey support
- Keep accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor in a construction or engineering setting
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is preferred)
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
