Industrial Engineer for Contract Position in Ar-Ruwais, UAE


Our company, a leading engineering firm in Ar-Ruwais, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer for a contract position. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This position is open to Indian nationals looking for a contract job with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Design layouts and workflows to optimize production flow and minimize waste
- Develop and implement new procedures and systems to improve productivity
- Monitor production data to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient coordination between departments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce production costs
- Train staff on new processes and procedures to ensure smooth implementation
- Analyze data and prepare reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as MS Excel or Minitab
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Offered Package:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company, along with visa sponsorship. The duration of the contract is negotiable based on performance.
