Senior Florist in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are a leading floral design company in Al-Khor, Qatar seeking a talented and experienced Senior Florist to join our team. As our Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our floral department.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Source and order flowers and other materials needed for arrangements
- Manage the inventory of flowers and supplies
- Train and supervise junior florists
- Ensure that all arrangements are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a florist
- Creative flair with a strong eye for design
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and their characteristics
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and suppliers

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Qatar or the Gulf region
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month
