We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants and other venues
- Arrange transportation or coordinate with valet services
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance whenever necessary

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- No previous experience required, but customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
