We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, promoting sales, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Communicate with store managers to determine display opportunities and space availability
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotional strategies and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Train store employees on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Create visual merchandising presentations for new products or seasonal collections
- Maintain clean and organized displays to enhance the shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role (1+ years)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify display opportunities
- Knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates of Indian or African nationality who are English speaking. Prior experience is not required but would be advantageous. Accommodation will not be provided.
