Temporary Waiter for Malayalees in Hawalli, Kuwait

We are in need of temporary waiters for our restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have a pleasant dining experience. This is a temporary position specifically for Malayalee individuals who are currently residing in Hawalli.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them to customers
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
- Adhere to sanitation and safety standards while handling food and beverages
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Accept payments and accurately process transactions using our POS system

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee individual currently residing in Hawalli, Kuwait
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak English (optional)
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
