Land Surveyor


As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, and other features. You will use a variety of tools and techniques including GPS, total stations, and drones to gather data and create accurate maps and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to establish property boundaries, determine elevations, and locate natural or man-made features
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and drones to collect accurate data
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports that meet required standards and specifications
- Prepare legal descriptions of property boundaries for deeds or other legal documents
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on the land
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in good working condition at all times
- Follow safety procedures while working in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and drones
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and legal documents
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical fitness as this job involves working outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: 1100$ per month
