Sales Manager for a Retail Company in Nizwa

Our retail company in Nizwa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. Accommodation is not provided, however, we do offer flexible working hours.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be female (as per client's preference)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Train and mentor new sales staff to improve their skills and performance
- Identify potential customers and build long-term relationships with them
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, purchasing, and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages growth
