Waiter/Waitress in Al Ahmadi, Egypt - Contract Position



We are currently seeking an experienced and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Egypt on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies
- Process payments accurately using cash or credit/debit cards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have good knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings
- Ability to multitask during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. The working hours will vary but may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
