We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays and promotions in our retail stores. Your role will involve monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in merchandising, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays and promotions in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and driving sales
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that product displays are set up according to company standards
- Train store staff on how to effectively merchandise products
- Attend trade shows and industry events to stay updated on market trends
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for new products
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and social media content

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport is required
- Must be able to speak English fluently
- Indian nationality preferred
