Instrument Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Hawalli. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of instruments used in industrial processes. Your main goal will be to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and meeting safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and level transmitters.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to ensure they are functioning accurately.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for instrument maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working with sensitive equipment.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed on instruments.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify issues and find solutions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma in instrumentation preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of different types of instruments used in industrial processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with various tools used for instrument repair and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to work in confined spaces or at heights if necessary.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Hawalli; therefore, candidates must be currently residing in Hawalli or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on project needs.
