Job Title: Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Riyadh. They will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing shipments and deliveries, and ensuring that all warehouse processes are efficient and effective. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Train and supervise warehouse staff
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
