Livestock Specialist

Our company in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and experienced Livestock Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal husbandry and management, with a focus on livestock such as cattle, sheep, and goats.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective breeding, feeding, and health programs for livestock
- Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of animals
- Perform regular checks on animal housing, equipment, and facilities
- Manage herd or flock records and provide reports to management
- Make recommendations for improvements to increase productivity and profitability
- Train and supervise other employees in proper animal care techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in livestock management
- Strong knowledge of breeding, nutrition, health, and welfare of livestock
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit to handle the demands of working with large animals
