Handyman for Residential Properties in Ar Rumaythiyah

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of our residential properties. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on residential properties such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly
- Install fixtures, appliances, and other necessary items as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas and outdoor spaces
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with tenants regarding maintenance requests and updates

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
