We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Build relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Keep shelves stocked and organized to ensure product availability
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
