We are a busy bakery located in Hawalli and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Mix ingredients according to recipes and ensure accurate measurements.
- Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures as needed.
- Decorate cakes and pastries as required.
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet company standards.
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and tracking sales.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Malayalee nationality preferred but not required.
