Machine Operator - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in production processes. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring their operation, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines based on specific instructions and production requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth running and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety regulations at all times
- Record production data such as quantity, type of product, and any issues that arise during the process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine problems in a timely manner
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of machine operations and mechanics
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime if needed
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
