Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jeddah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the food service industry and be able to work well under pressure. This is a seasonal job with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. Candidates with an Indian nationality and own visa are preferred. Recent graduates with a passion for the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations when needed
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure customers have everything they need throughout their dining experience
- Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (basic Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented approach with great attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
