Call Center Representative
We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating the problem, identifying the cause, and finding the best solution.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
