Entry-level Barista

We are a busy café located in the bustling city of Muharraq and we are currently seeking an entry-level Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure quality control by using proper measurements and ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences or dietary restrictions
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but some knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred
- Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, and work well in a team environment
- Must have good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
